Students shared their secrets to happiness in one of our classes:
- Don't think too much.
- Exercise 30 minutes, three times a week, and eat right.
- Think positive. There's always a positive side to everything.
- Do the things you enjoy doing.
- Look at the bright side of everything that bothers you. e.g. a controlling husband.
- You can't control everything. When there's something you can't control, just relax.
- Be content and thankful to God in everything you go through.
- Come to our English class because we laugh a lot.
- Allow yourself to make mistakes.
- No overtime.
