We'll make up for them by adding two classes at the end of the term on November 30 and December 7, 2021.

For September 14, 2021

A warm welcome to the new members of our class Megan, Amy Chang, Ivy, and Wilson!

On September 7, 2021, members of the class discussed, voted, and decided to have our class in the school throughout this term.

Could Jason and Jo please let me know if you're OK with this? If you are, I will tell the school as the school needs all members of the class to be aware of what the class decides and feel OK about it before reporting to the Education Bureau.

If you would like to participate online while the class is held in the school, please let me know as well, so that I will get online and wait for you to join in like I did on September 7. I will also need to let the school know we're running the class in the school and online simultaneously.

Please call up a member of the class to prompt me you are waiting to come in if I'm not responding to let you join the Google Meet meeting (class) because I may be helping other members of the class and not looking at my cell phone screen at the moment.

If you plan to participate in the second class online, please let me know by this Sunday, September 12.  I'd like to know a couple of days ahead to prepare.

Fall term of 2021 will begin on September 7, 2021

We will have the first class in the school on September 7, 2021.

As some prefer in-person class while others prefer online, we may have a combination of in-person and online lessons this term, and will discuss together on September 7 to determine which dates to have class in the school and which dates online.

We will use the same Google Meet link that we used for the two make-up online lessons in July for September 7 if you wish to participate in the first class online. Please let me know by September 5 if you plan to participate online for the first class.

The school gives students the option to participate in the class online if the class is held in the school, throughout the term.

Please bring The following on September 7:

1. Your schedule

2. The Aug issue of Studio Classroom magazine, "Beach Cleanup" (p.12 and 13).

3. NT$200 for class fund (for photocopies, magazine order for next term, etc.)

4. Survival English unit 44, Culture File 44 (p.94 ), for those who wish to practice it.

5. Your student ID.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on September 7!

Order Studio Classroom Magazine for the Fall Term of 2021

We will order one copy of Studio Classroom magazine for each member of our class, whether you will return in the fall term or not. Yes, even if you are not sure if you will or are unable to come back in the fall, you will get one magazine delivered to you by the post office without having to pay for it. The class fund will cover the cost of the magazine and postage.

Studio Classroom will mail out the August issue starting in mid July. So if we order the August issue now for the fall term, people can start studying it in August.

Thanks so much to the class leader Sania for suggesting it in our online class on July 13, 2021!

Please let Sania know the address you would like the magazine to be mailed to and phone number to be put on the group order form, for the August issue, by July 21, 2021.

If you prefer a different issue, as one member of the class had said, please let us know.

Thank you!

Happy studying in the summer!
