Secrets to Happiness

Students shared their secrets to happiness in one of our classes:

  1. Don't think too much.
  2. Exercise 30 minutes, three times a week, and eat right.
  3. Think positive. There's always a positive side to everything.
  4. Do the things you enjoy doing.
  5. Look at the bright side of everything that bothers you. e.g. a controlling husband.
  6. You can't control everything. When there's something you can't control, just relax.
  7. Be content and thankful to God in everything you go through.
  8. Come to our English class because we laugh a lot.
  9. Allow yourself to make mistakes.
  10. No overtime.
